Request closure of your SprayKeeper account and deletion of your personal data in line with our privacy policy.
What happens when you close your account
- We will verify that the email address you provide matches the account you wish to close.
- Your organisation’s spray records and related operational data may need to be retained for a period where the law or legitimate business obligations require it; we will explain what applies to your case when we reply.
- Personal data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised in line with our retention practices and applicable law.
- After your account is closed, related data is typically removed from live systems within a few working days; secure backup copies may be stored for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless the law requires otherwise.
- You will lose access to the SprayKeeper apps and admin area for that account once closure is completed.
- Processing your request may take a few working days after we confirm your identity.

Confirm account closure request
We will send this request to our support team using the email address you entered. This starts the closure process; we may contact you to confirm your identity before your account is closed or data is deleted. Secure backups may retain data for up to 30 days.
