Close your account

Request closure of your SprayKeeper account and deletion of your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

What happens when you close your account

  • We will verify that the email address you provide matches the account you wish to close.
  • Your organisation’s spray records and related operational data may need to be retained for a period where the law or legitimate business obligations require it; we will explain what applies to your case when we reply.
  • Personal data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised in line with our retention practices and applicable law.
  • After your account is closed, related data is typically removed from live systems within a few working days; secure backup copies may be stored for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • You will lose access to the SprayKeeper apps and admin area for that account once closure is completed.
  • Processing your request may take a few working days after we confirm your identity.
